How it Works
This operates by initially acquiring detailed JIRA extracts for each product, covering various Program Increments (PIs) and Epics. These extracts, encapsulated in CSV files, encompass the JIRA stories on which comprehensive quality assessments are conducted. In the next stage, these raw data files undergo a meticulous cleaning, optimization, and transformation process to generate crucial calculated metrics. These metrics form the foundation for evaluating the health and completeness of each JIRA story. The evaluation is based on an innovative scoring mechanism that assesses the completeness by analyzing the number of fields populated in each story, ensuring a quantitative measure of progress. This methodical approach enables stakeholders to effectively track story health, manage requirements, and ensure project alignment with business objectives, ultimately enhancing project execution and delivery.
